Welcome to JoJo Mac Handbags!  Thank you so much for stopping by and shopping at our store.  Our number one goal is to ensure quality and great customer service to all of my customers.  We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchases.

Shipping to the U.S. and Canada Only:

Due to different taxing and customs rules for international sales, we currently sell in the United States and Canada ONLY.  We apologize in advance for the inconvenience to our international customers.  We're working to provide international shipping as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped to the address you provide.  We provide shipping by USPS Mail in the United States and Canada ONLY.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  You will receive your tracking number via email once your package ships.

Please allow 3-14 days for the arrival of your package within the United States.  Canadian deliveries will take longer.  Each delivery has it's own unique circumstances and receipt may be slower due to holiday traffic.

Custom Orders:

For Custom Orders, please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery.  All our handbags are handcrafted and take time to create.  We will notify you when your handbag is shipped.

Returns and Refunds:

We know that shopping online can be scary.  With an online product, you can't look at the item, touch it, feel it, and make a decision as to whether or not you want to buy it.

100% Satisfaction is our goal!  With that in mind, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.  If you don't like what you ordered, for whatever reason, just return it following the guidelines below.  Hopefully, this takes the scary out of online shopping!


You must make your return request within 7 days after receiving your merchandise. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund or a product exchange. Your items MUST be returned in good, resalable condition.  Any items returned damaged will not receive a refund or will receive a partial refund depending on the damage. 

Your refund or exchange will process AFTER we receive your returned package.

Items will not be considered lost in the mail until after:
    U.S. Customers:  21 days
    Canadian Customers:  45 days
